Should that not be the case, we'll do our best to rectify the situation. You can return unused items within 30 days with a receipt. If you do not have your receipt you may give us your order number, name and address. If the order has an error that is caused by us we will refund the return shipping cost.
Merchandise returns must be in like new condition unless damaged by shipping. Tea, honey, sugar, gift boxes and other food items are non-returnable.
