Green tea from the Fujian province of China. Pi Lo Chun (sometimes written biluochun) translates as 'green snail spring' a reference to this tea's distinctive spiral-shaped leaves. It is produced in the short span of time between the Spring Equinox (end of March) and Clear Brightness (early April). Our 'Choral Pi Lo Chun' tea is made from the finest tender buds, gathered and processed exclusively by hand.Can be re-infused 3 times. Good to mix with Silver Needle for a smoother taste, or White Peach.

How to Prepare Pi Lo Chun Green Tea

Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8oz of water. Heat water to 175-180 degrees and steep for 2 minutes. 2oz of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
