All of Aiya’s Matcha is produced in the Nisho region of Aichi prefecture, Japan, where the finest Matcha has been grown for over 800 years.

Helpful information: Each 100g (3.5oz) bag is good for a number of recipes. For example, only around 2g (1/2 tsp) is needed to flavor drinks, and around 1-2 Tbsp to flavor a batch of baked goods.
